New Fee Schedule for Services

A new fee schedule has been established for services obtained through the health department. 

Some services will have an additional (non) Lawrence County resident fee.  This helps us to continue to serve other residents by replenishing Lawrence County dollars.

The fee schedule is as follows:

Immunizations for

(non)residents:                                       $10.00

STD/HIV testing for

(non)residents:                                       $10.00

Pregnancy Test:                                     $5.00

TB Skin Test/ Read Only:                     $10.00/$5.00

Adult Hepatitis B Immunization

(need 3 doses) :                                      $40.00 each 

                                                 

Adult Hepatitis A Immunization

(need 2 doses) :                                     $30.00 each

Lab Testing:                                           $10.00 plus

                                                                   cost of labs

Hgb/ Glucose Screen:                         $5.00

Lead Screening                                     $15.00

Water Testing                                         $15.00

Well Water Series                                  $25.00

Nitrate                                                      $10.00

Birth Certificate                                     $15.00
